After the dungeon focus from last week, we are back to a more story focused prerelease update today. The focus: The new quest Farm Defense that deals with the arguing farmer girl (Now upgraded to a named NPC called Everett for the sake of her quest) and Edgar's thug.

The quest unlocks on day 26 or Town Prosperity 8 and provides the first opportunity to either damage Edgar's prestige or corrupt a character in favor of his men. At its heart, the quest is a simple time management quest with a fetch component, where you can help Everett build up the defenses of her farm. For the negotiation option, you have two options:

• You can ask Edgar to provide defenses for the farm and pay for the favor by taking a clause of his as usual (but doing so is high value, since Edgar giving up in this conflict will cost him Prestige)
• Alternatively, you can find a new option "Quests" in the proposal selection dialogue where you can now take on quest specific proposals from Edgar (as opposed to the quest option when choosing a pro-Liora clause). There, Edgar offers Liora the option to convince Everett to become a Relief Attendant for Edgar's mercenary band, resolving the conflict in his favor.

Besides the content work, we also have finished our work on the in-game wiki, which has now been filled with plenty of useful information. You can now find all tutorial messages in there and also read about various details on the game mechanics that are otherwise a bit intransparent. 

For the last development days I was a bit unsure what to focus on as I had set aside some time to integrate the Handjob CG from our artist, who wanted to be done latest at the end of the last weekend but as you saw he's only recently finished the sketching phase. I also didn't want to start working on major items from next week since I wouldn't be able to finish them, so I just focused on closing out the week by doing some more technical cleanup work. It's possible I may have messed up some parts in the negotiation menus though x_X

Oh yeah, also we have a new minor reaction when Edgar uses a cunning action for the first time - Rean will have an appropriate response now.

Aaand that's pretty much it for the week! Next week, the plan is to focus on expanding contract system with new trigger conditions (On item infusion / skill training) and a "training lewd skills with Ariadne" lewd scene that can trigger in the night time.

Also I hope our artist finishes the Handjob CG and I can integrate it in time...
