Usual bugfixes and a couple of minor changes. There is one bigger change regarding some discounts.

The Story Mode discount was removed and Hermann discounts were reduced to 15%/30%. The reason for this is that high discounts, especially when stacked, could create situations where buying and then selling back could generate money. 

The discount on Story Mode was introduced before the gold drops got dramatically increased. I don't believe that since money drops were this massively boosted that the discount is necessary anymore. Having no difficulty-based discounts will make it easier to keep an eye on whacky interactions.

The other changes are fairly minor. If you somehow maximum derped in Mountainreach and didn't even learn Open Domain II before losing to the curse, you can now learn Open Domain II from Elaine at the Church. Hard mode got a +2 Required Reading progress for books, as the slowed-down game has created quite a few days with nothing to do for a day end. This should kind of "fit" the book reading times to the slower game speed. Due to some inconvenient implementation details, this change is not retroactive!

If you check the changelog, you can also find the addition of a relationship boost for Alicia in the Library Club 8 scene. This change is applied retroactively, so your relationship values will be auto-corrected if you have already seen the scene.
