Hotfix cause I messed something up in the migrator and Paul(ina) on old saves sometimes didn't get her damage image associated to her, causing a crash in the Reverse Summoning Ritual.

Other fixes are just some smaller things.

Besides that, some balancing items I originally had on the patch branch for the 0.40.1 release regarding Bloodshot Eyes. It's funny that back then I buffed this drug because it was considered the most useless one. But now it's the source of many headaches. Bloodshot Eyes now only gives +75% on Attributes and doesn't affect LUCK anymore, and wears off after only 5 turns. Bloodshot Eyes+ on the other hand has the original effect of giving +100% Attributes and lasting 10 turns (still not affecting LUCK though).

In addition to that, drugs only restrock every second day instead of every day, generally reducing the potential for exploits. 

I might have to recheck the Magister encounters and how the reduced Bloodshot Eyes duration affects them. Might be I will have to increase it by two turns or so for them.
